About us
PING Football Academy is run by professional footballers Lewis Page and Sam Ling who share a passion for developing young talent.
Each week, our coaches will bring you bespoke and innovative sessions which aim to develop players skills and techniques with the ball, as well as enhance their positioning and tactical play.
Our academy is hosted in a fun, safe and professional environment. We use state of the art facilities and equipment to replicate a professional academy set up.

Meet the coaches
Lewis Page
Lewis was scouted by West Ham United at the age of 9 and progressed through the academy for a further 11 years. He went on to earn a scholarship, and finally a professional contract which saw him play for West Ham United's first team multiple times in 2015, including the Europa League campaign. After successful spells on loan at Cambridge United and Coventry City, Lewis signed a three-year permanent transfer to Charlton Athletic where he won promotion to the Championship in the 18/19 season at the Wembley play off final. Lewis has also had successful spells at Coventry City, Exeter City, Harrogate town and Dagenham & Redbridge and has signed at Ebbsfleet United for the 2024/2025 season.
Lewis is looking to share his extensive knowledge of the game, and help the next generation fulfil their dreams through the PING football academy.
Sam Ling
Sam began his career at Leyton Orient, progressing through the academy where he was Youth Team Captain to successfully earning a professional contract which would see him go onto play for the O's for five successful seasons. During the 18/19 season Sam won promotion back to the EFL.
In 2021 Sam signed for Dagenham and Redbridge and earned himself 4 caps for England C.
With a total of over 250 first team appearances Sam looks to share his knowledge at Ping Football Academy and show his passion for coaching to create a pathway for other young players to achieve the same dreams.
